This Subscriber agreement and terms of use (this “agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of use for our electronic information service "Sakagurabanryu" (this “service”). Users can view the contents ( this “content”) that we or third party contents providers ( the “contents providers”) have provided by using the website ( this “website”) of this service.

I. Application Scope
This agreement shall apply to this service, this website, content providers, and incidental services.
II. Required Environments
The user use of this Site or use of third party services, content, or resources through the Service requires Internet connection is required. The user is responsible for all communication charges.
III. Use of this service

XIV. Exclusive jurisdiction
The Okayama District and Family Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any and all disputes related to these Terms and Conditions.
