Disseminating the appeal of Japanese sake.

What President Kazutaka Takashima aims for is a sake one can relax and sip continuously. He does not try to be contrarian nor chase fads. In fact, he no longer even has any interest in competitions. However, what he has done is to hone in on the sake he wants to create through meticulous study. He simply continues to make the ‘ji-zake’ (local sake) he discovered while delving into the local food culture, throughout time.
