Disseminating the appeal of Japanese sake.

Having long been an industry pioneer known for anticipating market trends and taking on one “first-ever” challenge after another, Nihonsakari established a dedicated handcraft brewing facility, SAKARI Craft, within its main brewery in the autumn of 2021. Now, about three and a half years later, what kind of impact has this facility had—both within the brewery and beyond? We explored this question through interviews with the production staff directly involved in its operations.
