Disseminating the appeal of Japanese sake.

In 1989, the sake brand Kihei was first crafted by Hiraki Shuzo in Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture. It was later carried on by Shizuoka Hiraki Shuzo (Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture), established in the founding location of the group company. There, it is brewed as “Kihei Shizuoka Kura Kinjo”, representing the spirit of local sake. Born in Okayama, where Kihei was first created, and revived in Shizuoka, its founding site, the brand’s unique dual heritage highlights the essence of local sake and the dedication of its brewers.
