The famous “Tatenokawa” attracts many a sake lover with its elegant aromas and clean mouthfeel. Tatenokawa Shuzo has just begun its approach run toward the next 100 years after overcoming a crisis of discontinuation and taking a step toward treading in a new history with the brand name from the brewery’s foundation. Using local sake rice grown in Yamagata, bringing carefully brewed “TATENOKAWA” junmai daiginjo to the world.
