Founded in the Warring States Period, Konishi Brewery boasts 473 years of history and is a part of the history of the city of Itami itself. While preserving its long history and traditions, the brewery is also flexibly developing its business in line with the currents of the times with innovative management with the spirit of “Fueki Ryuko”, meaning “immutability at its core, but with openness to change”, opening up new horizons for sake.
