With its roots in Kagawa Prefecture and a presence not only in Shikoku but throughout the country, the sake "Kinryo" has been in full operation across its three breweries. Nevertheless, in response to the diminishing demand for sake, the brand has shifted gears in recent years, moving away from mass production to focus on producing smaller batches of higher-quality sake. This year, substantial changes have been made to the raw material processing and pasteurizing facilities, with a renewed emphasis on improving quality to highlight the allure of the new "Kinryo."
