Yoshida Shuzoten was established in 1870 at the base of the sacred Mount Haku. In addition to their traditional brand Tedorigawa, they have newly launched “Yoshidagura u”, which is the ‘authentic jizake’ that only uses ingredients sourced locally. We look at their sustainable practice expressed through the 7th generation owner’s innovative yamahai brewing style.
