Tatsuya Sato, who joined Iwanoi Shuzo in a sales role due to his love for sake, embarked on the journey of brewing with the aspiration, "I want to sell something I made with my own words." Leading the brewery as a brewmaster for the past six years, he has dedicated himself to launching a new brand and improving the quality of sake. In Brewing Year 2022, he received awards at various contests. However, this is not the end. Sato's ambition and spirit of exploration continue to drive the ongoing evolution of Iwanoi Shuzo.
