Masayuki Imanishi took over the brewery at the age of 28 after the sudden death of his predecessor. Although it was only a small brewery that mainly produced regular sake, he mastered the infinitely pure and consistent "Mimurosugi," and in just 10 years, was shoulder to shoulder with the best breweries in the country. Next stop is to “brew sake that delves deeply into Miwa,” a pursuit for the sake that more deeply expresses the Miwa region which is home to the brewery.
