Kizakura was a late starter in Fushimi, a region known for producing good sake. Its success was due to a public relations strategy that effectively communicated with consumers during the period of rapid economic growth in Japan. In the modern day period, that spirit has been carried over to a facility that allows consumers to observe the brewing of ginjo sake in person. We traced the challenges they are facing.
