With a rich variety of brands, including flagship labels "Issho Seishun" and "Tenmei," the brewery has tripled its production value over the past decade, captivating sake enthusiasts. The catalyst for their stirring up was the Great East Japan Earthquake. We delved into Akebono Shuzo's steadfast commitment as they persistently continue to convey their mission to “make Fukushima known through sake and contribute to the local community”.
