Disseminating the appeal of Japanese sake.

Tsuji Honten made an announcement in 2018 that all of their sake will be brewed with Omachi. After last year’s brewing season, they toured 8 places in Japan, and were received with enthusiasm. This year, the brewing staff have already started their journey to the next goal: In 3 years, they will be brewing all their sake with a bodaimoto starter, another feature that represents Tsuji Honten’s Gozenshu.
